4-H Canada’s new Healthy Living Initiative provides the tools and resources to its 7,600 volunteer leaders to support the well-being of 24,000 4-H members. Learn more about the Healthy Living Initiative.

About this focus area

Resources in this focus area will allow youth and leaders to achieve a state of well-being where they are able to properly care for their bodies and make choices that improve their overall health.

Tip sheets

Ten tip sheets with important and usable information related to this focus area are available for downloading and printing. Five tip sheets are geared towards volunteer leaders and five are geared towards youth members.
