4-H Canada recognizes Kevin Charlebois for his lifelong support of 4-H with a prestigious Honourary Membership
Ottawa, Ontario – January 15, 2019 – 4-H Canada is pleased to announce the induction of Kevin Charlebois, President, Chief Investment Officer and Director of Soundvest Capital Management Ltd. as an Honourary Member of 4-H Canada. Kevin has committed over 40 years to strengthening 4-H Canada as its trusted investment portfolio advisor.
The prestigious 4-H Canada Honourary Membership is bestowed upon those who are dedicated and passionate contributors to the 4-H movement in Canada. Charlebois began working with 4-H in 1975 and every year since has given his all, not only to the growth of the 4-H investment portfolio but also in truly understanding the needs of his client. Kevin believes strongly in supporting youth to become responsible, caring and contributing leaders through 4-H in Canada and its positive youth development approach.
“Kevin Charlebois is one of those talented people in our organization that might not be in the spotlight but is instrumental in ensuring the long-term sustainability and financial legacy of the program,” said David Hovell, Chair of the 4-H Canada Board of Directors. “For over 40 years, Kevin has been a champion of the 4-H movement and has inspired our organization to build a solid financial foundation. We are delighted to confer this prestigious honour upon Kevin as an Honourary Member.”
The 4-H Canada Honourary Membership was created in 1950 to recognize individuals who have made outstanding contributions to 4-H in Canada. With the addition of Kevin Charlebois, there are now 69 inductees as lifetime Honourary Members.
Kevin Charlebois will be honoured January 31, 2019 at the 4-H Canada Leadership Awards in Saskatoon.
