Management Team

Chris Franc

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Christina brings over 15 years of leadership experience in national nonprofit organizations, including senior roles with United Way Centraide Canada and the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions. A Certified Association Executive (CAE), she is recognized for her expertise in governance, strategic planning, youth programming, partnership development, and rural community engagement.Throughout her career, Christina has successfully led organizational transformation, secured major funding, and strengthened volunteer-driven networks across the agricultural and community sectors. She describes her leadership style as collaborative, practical, and grounded in building strong relationships.

Catherine Miller-Mort

DIRECTOR OF MEMBER SERVICES

A mother of two with a master’s degree in archival studies from UBC, and over 15 years of working in youth-serving, not-for-profit organizations, Catherine brings her passion for youth development to 4-H. In her down time, you can find Catherine reading, knitting, volunteering, and playing with her two dogs!

Crystal Schuder

CHIEF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL OFFICER

A proud 4-H alumna from British Columbia, Crystal brings seven years of accounting expertise, backed by a BBA from Eastern Oregon University and a CPA designation. Crystal is a former university soccer player and team captain, with a competitive spirit that drives her. Beyond numbers, she is a dedicated mom to two little girls. She is grateful for the transformative impact of mentors and is thrilled to contribute to 4-H Canada's legacy, knowing firsthand the power of leadership in shaping lives.

Megan Bomberry

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FUND DEVELOPMENT

Megan grew up in Stouffville, Ontario and currently lives with her husband Seamus, and her two sons in the heart of the Rideau Lakes. A fundraising and sponsorship professional, Megan brings over a decade of experience working for youth-serving organizations. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting her family’s boutique hotel operation, and travel adventures including wine tastings, and exploring the globe!

Allison Hudson

OFFICER, PROGRAMS AND EVENTS

Having grown up on her family’s hog farm in Kinburn, and being a 4-H alum from the West Carleton 4-H Club in Ontario, Allison brings to 4-H her passion for, and experience with our programming! She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and outside of work you can find her enjoying any kind of group fitness classes and spending time with her family and friends.

Ana-Julia Reis

COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Ana-Julia Reis holds a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Ottawa. She has a strong foundation in strategic communications and public sector experience, having contributed to a variety of projects focused on clear messaging, audience engagement, and meaningful storytelling. Passionate about connecting with people through thoughtful communication, Ana-Julia brings creativity and care to everything she works on. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends.

Chelsea Crawford

YOUTH PROGRAMS MANAGER

Chelsea is a proud third generation 4-H alum from the Branch Lahave 4-H Club in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia. Combined with her seven years of event planning and programming, as well as a diploma in counselling skills human/social services, Chelsea is passionate about inclusive, youth-friendly programming and events. When she’s not working you can find this self-proclaimed americano and music connoisseur hiking to find waterfalls and lighthouses!

Katie Kissick

FUND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Katie holds an undergraduate degree in International Development from the University of Guelph and a master's degree in Migration and Diaspora Studies from Carleton University. She has a foundation in non-profit work, having gained experience in roles focused on fundraising, donor engagement, programming, and communication. She has a strong passion for humanitarian and development work internationally, nationally, and locally. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, travelling to new places, and running!

Stacey Olsen

MEMBER SERVICES COORDINATOR

With a career centred on people, partnerships, and community, Stacey brings a collaborative and relationship-focused approach to her work at 4-H Canada. Prior to joining the team, she worked with United Way Centraide Canada and Mealshare, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, relationship building, and supporting organizations across Canada. Stacey enjoys connecting with people, finding practical solutions, and contributing to work that strengthens communities. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, discovering great food, volunteering in her community, and making the most of life on the St. Lawrence River—usually on the water and occasionally competing with her husband, Chad, for bragging rights over the biggest catch.

Trish Hill

GOVERNANCE AND OPERATIONS OFFICER

Trish grew up on a beef and dairy farm outside of Ottawa, where she developed a lifelong passion for agriculture and rural communities. As a 4-H member for many years, she completed projects in beef, field crops, and life skills, experiences that helped shape her leadership skills and appreciation for volunteerism. In her role as Governance and Operations Officer, Trish helps coordinate governance activities, strengthen internal processes, and support the effective operation of 4-H Canada. Outside of 4-H Canada, Trish has proudly volunteered with the Carp Agricultural Society since 2015. She is passionate about preserving agricultural traditions while helping organizations grow for future generations.
