How is 4-H preparing youth for careers?
Employers tell us regularly they look for 4-H on resumes when they are hiring. Why is this?
4-H provides youth with the skills employers are seeking. Through our proven positive youth development model, 4-H youth are developing six key assets:

How can you be involved?
Thanks to our generous partners, opportunities to participate in our careers programming are regularly expanding.
We are looking for the following:
- Organizations to host a 4-H summer intern for 4 to 8 weeks at your workplace
- Individuals interested in mentoring 4-H members during career mentorship circles
