First offered in 1931, 4-H Canada’s Members Forum is our longest-running program.

Members Forum is the premier opportunity for 4-H youth across Canada to come together for an impactful, engaging, and fun-filled conference.

Open to: 4-H members ages 16-21

About the Program

Through experiential learning, workshops, and interactive activities, delegates will develop a deeper awareness, knowledge, and understanding of what it means to positively impact the environment and lead healthy lives. 4-H’ers will leave feeling energized and equipped to apply new knowledge and skills to club projects in their home communities, and even discover new career paths to explore or pursue.

Participants will explore:

  • Careers and leadership – including participating in Mentorship Circles
  • Service and community development
  • Environment and healthy living

How to participate

Seven 4-H members from each province are selected by their provincial 4-H office to attend Members Forum.

Registration Cost

*NEW* Early Bird Registration Price (before August 21, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET): $635

Regular Registration Price (August 22 - September 6, 2024): $675

Price includes:

  • Participation in all Members Forum programming, including workshops, Mentorship Circles, keynote speakers, sessions, and activities.  
  • Round-trip flight or other transportation to and from Members Forum. 
  • All Ground transportation during the event including airport transfers. 
  • Meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and some snacks – beginning with dinner on Sunday, November 2.) 
  • Hotel accommodation – double occupancy 
  • Attendance at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair
