Mentorship and networking connections can help you gain insights into career fields, build your professional knowledge and skills, and get career ready! They can help you explore possible pathways through post-secondary education and the world of work.
In fall 2022, we will be holding our eMentorship program to provide 4-H’ers with theses kinds of opportunities! The individualized mentorship you’ll experience will provide members ages 18-25 to connect and learn from an individual in a professional sector.
Matches will be made based on 4-H’er future career goals and their goals for the program.
