Ottawa, Ontario – November 20, 2018 – 4-H Canada is proud to announce a two-year multi-partner agreement that supports the emotional and physical well-being of rural youth across Canada through the creation of the 4-H Canada Healthy Living Initiative, beginning in spring 2019.

Employing the 4-H Canada positive youth development approach, the first year of the initiative will see the creation of resources and tools that will support youth facing mental health challenges and communicate how to access resources or recognize when a peer needs support.

Ottawa, Ontario – October 23, 2018 – 4-H Canada, one of the longest-running youth organizations in Canada, is proud to announce the public launch of a new video “Creating Lasting Impact.”

4-H Canada and CN are pleased to announce the recipients of the 2018 4-H Canada Leadership Excellence Awards of Distinction (L.E.A.D.). L.E.A.D., 4-H Canada’s most prestigious and highly-sought after scholarship, is made possible through a generous partnership with CN, a long-time supporter of 4-H Canada and strong champion for advancing leadership in communities across Canada.

Ottawa, Ontario – September 27, 2018 – This November 7, 4-H Canada is calling on all supporters to share their 4-H pride by participating in Canada’s annual Show Your 4-H Colours Day.

4-H’ers across the country are encouraged to dig into their closets, pull out their favourite green clothing, wear it for the day, and join more than 32,000 4-H youth members and volunteer leaders – along with tens of thousands of alumni, government leaders and partners – in celebrating one of Canada’s leading positive youth development organizations.

4-H Canada is very proud to announce a two-year partnership with the RBC Future Launch initiative, which will help 4-H youth explore employment opportunities and prepare for their future careers.
