Ottawa, Ontario – August 28, 2018 – 4-H Canada is pleased to announce the 2018 recipients of the John Deere Canada 4-H Scholarships. Fifteen 4-H members from across Canada were selected to receive $1,000 each towards their post-secondary education in the fall of 2018, thanks to the generous support of our partner John Deere Canada.

Ottawa, Ontario – August 21, 2018 – 4-H Canada is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2018 TD 4-H Agriculture Scholarships.

Twelve 4-H members were selected from across Canada, each receiving $2,500 to pursue post-secondary studies in the field of agriculture, agricultural science or agricultural business beginning in fall 2018.

Ottawa, Ontario – June 20, 2018 – 4-H Canada is very proud to announce the extension of its national partnership with Farm Credit Canada (FCC) for an additional year. The successful continuation of the partnership will see a funding commitment of $250,000 to support national, provincial, and club-level programs and initiatives across Canada through to March 2021.

Ottawa, Ontario – June 1, 2018 – Today, on #WorldMilkDay, 4-H Canada is proud to announce a new partnership with Saputo Inc. (Saputo), together with their long-established brand, Armstrong Cheese. The partnership will see Saputo investing $660,000 over three years to give the next generation of dairy leaders and innovators the opportunity to positively impact their communities.

Ottawa, Ontario – May 29, 2018 – 4-H Canada and Syngenta Canada are pleased to announce another successful year of the Proud to Bee a 4-H’er initiative, which saw 135 4-H clubs from across the country participating and some 15,000 seed packets distributed. In the five years it has run, Proud to Bee a 4-H’er has distributed more than 140,000 pollinator-friendly seed packets to 4-H clubs and communities across Canada.
