Members Forum is the premier opportunity for 4-H youth across Canada to come together for an impactful, engaging, and fun-filled conference.

About the Program
Members will build skills in career and life readiness as well as healthy living, network with career professionals, engage in hands-on learning opportunities, and share their thoughts and insights on issues important to Canadian youth and 4-H members.
Participants will explore:
- Careers and leadership – including participating in Mentorship Circles
- Career Networking
- The opportunity to connect with 4-H members and agriculture industry leaders from across the country

How to participate
Seven 4-H members, along with one chaperone from each province, are selected by their provincial 4-H office to attend Members Forum.

Registration Cost
Registration opens on August 4th! Once provincial lists are received, the registration link will be sent to individuals within the provincial delegation, including chaperone, to complete their registration.
Offered again this year is the Early Bird pricing with a lower registration fee to encourage provinces to submit their delegation lists, and delegates/chaperones to complete their registrations in a timely manner.
- Early Bird Registration Price: $635 – registration must be fully completed by 11:59 pm ET on August 15th, 2026
- Regular Registration Price: $675 – with registration ending August 31, 2026
Price includes:
- Access to all Members Forum programming, including workshops, speakers, sessions, and activities
- Round-trip flights or other transportation to and from Members Forum
- Meals from dinner on Saturday, November 21 to breakfast on Thursday, November 26
- Hotel accommodations – double occupancy
- Attendance at Canadian Western Agribition
