Dig Into Soil
Dig into Soil provides hands-on learning experiences for youth to discover how healthy soils contribute to addressing climate change while empowering them to champion soil conservation activities in their own communities. This initiative allows youth to learn either at home with their families or through their 4-H club supported by volunteer leaders.
This initiative introduces youth to two of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 13 – Climate Action and SDG 15 – Life on Land.
Activity Book
The Activity Book has all the back-‘ground’ information youth will need for exploring soils and climate change, with instructions for exciting hands-on activities that build upon learning at home or as a 4-H club.
