4-H is one of the world's largest youth organizations supporting youth, and communities in over 70 countries.

In collaboration with country-led partner organizations and agencies around the globe, 4-H provides leadership programs and curricula relevant to today’s youth, and resources to support grassroots, club level, positive youth-development programs that impact youth and communities.
What We Do
4-H programming provides youth with opportunities to succeed through skills development and leadership experiences while being mentored by caring adults in safe, fun, and inclusive learning environments. The 4-H program provides positive experiences designed to support the development of resilient and healthy youth through fostering positive self-identity, self-esteem, responsibility, and a sense of achievement, by incorporating values-based programming in four areas of skills development:
