Ottawa, ON, Dec. 10, 2024 – Recipients of the 2024 FCC 4-H Club Fund have been announced!

Chris Clark is reconnecting with his 4-H roots after nearly 20 years as an alum. Inspired by the Tomorrow Needs 4-H campaign, Chris has found, and continues to find, many unique ways to give back to the organization that helped shape him into the person he is today.

Ottawa, ON, Sept. 12, 2024 – 4-H Canada is proud to announce the eight recipients of the 2024 McDonald’s Canada Future of Agriculture 4-H Scholarship.

Tomorrow needs 4-H, a fundraising campaign aimed at raising $1M to support the future of 4-H Canada, was launched today by the Canadian 4-H Foundation.

Today’s youth are keenly aware of the challenges our world faces, and many are anxious about the impact today’s decisions will have on the world they inherit. This isn’t the first time up-and-coming generations have doubted the wisdom of their elders, and it won’t be the last. But despite this being a perennial challenge, it is not the kind of problem that should be ignored.

And yet, in many ways, that’s what’s happening.

Two finalists from the 4-H Canada Science Fair, Mark Norregaard of Balzac, AB, and Nia Smith from Brandon, MB, have earned their way to the prestigious 2024 Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF).

Did you know that one in every eight jobs in Canada is in agriculture? Agriculture is a significant part of Canada’s economy, employing over 2.3 million people.

The 14th Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS) took place in Denver, CO in October 2023. This marked the first time this prestigious event has been held in North America, hosted by the North American Agricultural Advisory Network (NAAAN).
